Shipping Policy

Orders are considered local if the delivery address is within 10 miles of our store @ 15032 156th Pl SE, Renton, WA 98058.  If you order prior to 2:00pm, delivery will be same day.  After 2:00pm, delivery will be the next business day, excluding holidays.

Standard Delivery is USPS Ground Advantage.  1 Item, delivery is flat rate of $8.25.  2 Items, delivery is 15% off cost of delivery.  3 or more items, delivery is Free. If the order is over $75.00, delivery is free.

Processing & lead times 

• Ready-to-ship items leave our studio within 1–2 business days.
• Custom commissions ship after creation and final approval (lead time varies by piece; we’ll confirm during quoting).

Oversized/fragile items

• Some pieces (e.g., large wall art, river tables) may require special packaging or white-glove freight. We’ll provide a shipping quote and delivery window before you pay the balance.

Tracking & updates

• You’ll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships. Local deliveries receive a delivery window notification.

Damaged or lost in transit

• Please report any damage within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.

Returns (summary)

• Non‑custom items: 30‑day returns, new/unused in original packaging. Buyer pays return shipping; refund issued after inspection to the original payment method.
• Custom items: 50% deposit is non‑refundable. Once production begins, the remaining balance is refundable only if we can resell the piece or at our discretion (minus costs).
